Integration of national minorities through the kitchen

The main goal goal of our project is to increase acceptance and change attitudes towards newcomers through organizing a series of culinary events including workshops, recipe exchanges and eating together at a communal table.

The project aims to show the positive aspects of the immigrant population and their integration in society at a local level, especially in small urban centres. Together, we discover cultural values ​​in Polish cuisine from other nations and increase trust in immigrants, which in turn increases their acceptance in the society.
