Integration of national minorities through the kitchen
The main goal goal of our project is to increase acceptance and change attitudes towards newcomers through organizing a series of culinary events including workshops, recipe exchanges and eating together at a communal table.
The project aims to show the positive aspects of the immigrant population and their integration in society at a local level, especially in small urban centres. Together, we discover cultural values in Polish cuisine from other nations and increase trust in immigrants, which in turn increases their acceptance in the society.
